Pink Rose Home Service - Rochester, NY

Had pink rose over to fix some drywall up by our skylights that were put in new after the recent hail storm in New York. TJ did such a great job. He's very friendly, the service is great, professionally done and reasonably priced. We love that they can tackle just about any job we have asked about and everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful. Thank you for the great service!

My handyman was excellent! He was on time and did all the work we had discussed to remodel my small half bathroom. If a issue came up he immediately addressed a solution and kept me informed of the progress. He did a couple extra thing that were not in the original estimate but did charge me anything additional. The project was completed in 3 days as planned and came out beautify.

We just completed our second project with Pink Rose. In both cases, the staff member that came out was courteous, explained the job, provided an easy to understand estimate, performed the work as good as or better than described, and was super neat such that there was no trace they were ever here. In the most recent case, we had a front porch post that was suddenly rotting and coming down. Someone was dispatched the same day. When it was determined not to be structural, the post was repaired the next day and it perfectly matches the original post. You cannot tell the difference. We will definitely use Pink Rose in the future! Their service cannot be beaten. We've never had a contractor work so efficiently and neatly in our home.

I had an older bathroom that needed a total remodel. I called Pink Rose after hearing the radio commercials. I also got two other quotes. I ended up going with Pink Rose because the consultant, Jesse, was a great communicator, had good ideas for the space, and had a no pressure sales pitch. The builder they sent out, John, was amazing. He was here on time every day (usually early). He did everything we discussed and when a small issue popped up he worked right through that too. Project was completed on schedule, on budget, and looks great. Pretty much all you could ask for. All this was done in under 30 days which is impressive. Pink Rose great and cares about customer service and it shows!

Ben was terrific! He solved our problem by emptying out our water bed. It took a while, but he got it done. Thank you so much for all the explanations, the complementary single rose that he left- Beautiful, and for taking the time to figure it all out. He was well worth the money- thank” you again! Thanks also for putting the light back in the ceiling. This was a wonderful experience! Will certainly call them again.

We hired Pink Rose to finish a major renovation job that another company had started but left unfinished (after they simply stopped showing up or answering calls). Pink Rose did an excellent job: they were quick to come out and scheduled us quickly, clear about what the work would be, and carefully walked us through each step of the process. The guy in charge of our job, Petra, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Zero stress and they got it done well & on time -- what else can you ask for?

Our experience with Pink Rose has been outstanding. We had some dry wall, tape and mud done. Ben was outstanding, did a great job on the work that was asked for and he was very kind. Strongly recommend Pink Rose and will use them for other home improvements.

I called Pink Rose to caulk my tub as the caulking was in bad shape. They showed up an hour later and one hour more to do the work, it is all done and looks great. Ben came to my job and was really friendly and explained a lot about the reasons my caulk had mold and how to take care of it going forward. He also explained about the company’s philosophy’s which helped me know that I was working with a very ethical and community focused company. I will definitely use them again.
